The Peralta Colleges offer exciting educational opportunities for students of all ages. College of Alameda, Laney and Merritt Colleges in Oakland and Berkeley City College have educated more than a million students from Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Piedmont and Oakland since the founding of the Peralta Community College District in 1964.
